Primarily, I serve O’Fallon, Shiloh, Belleville, Fairview Heights, Swansea and
the Metro-East from Holiday Shores to Waterloo to Clinton County. With over 8 years of experience as a REALTOR®, and prior experience in remodeling, I
give my clients an advantage by knowing what is involved in repairs when
negotiating inspection responses or discussing updating with clients. I am also
certified as a military relocation professional, real estate negotiations
expert, and pricing strategy advisor. I have received the Coldwell Banker
International Sterling Society Award in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. I am also a Cartus
Relocation Network certified agent and a member of the National Association of
